The incomparable charm of a house completely renovated in 2019 will make the Gîte du Presbytère much appreciated. We wanted to make it a both cozy and upscale place of well-being. We imagined and decorated it as though we live there. The cottage is very comfortable and has quality equipment.

The equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dryer, a traditional oven and microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob and all the needed crockery to invite guests inside and outside. The cottage has a private entrance, a terrace, a living room with fireplace, a large bedroom and a very nice bathroom.
This is a village house, with incomparable charm located across the presbytery garden. Even if particularly quiet, you are however only 5 minutes from the city center, close to the restaurants, the town hall, the post office and especially close to the nautical base located on the Charente and its small beach deliciously bucolic. A bath in the Charente is a must (of course it depends on the time of the year and how brave you are !)
A supermarket, tobacco and newspaper shop, drugstore and other shops are available in Taillebourg, about 5 mn drive.
