The ground floor has 53 sqm apartment overlooks the courtyard. The large windows make the rooms bright that brings the charm and the nice cut the tasteful apartment advantage. Very nice

The appartement was easy to access and the car could be parked easily. Even though it was very hot the appartement was cool enough. The appartement is near the train station with access to the whole of the Bodensee. Perfect stay for a family!

Schöne Ferienwohnung die alles hat was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Der Vermieter Herr Graf war stets erreichbar und hat sofort reagiert wenn man ihn brauchte. Dafür möchte ich nochmal Danke sagen. Der Bäcker war gut zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Auch gute Möglichkeiten mit dem Hund eine Schnüffelrunde zu drehen. Es hat uns gut gefallen.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Bodensees und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen.Auch kann man von der Wohnung aus wunderschöne Ausflüge mit dem oder Fahrrad unternehmen.

Fewo liegt sehr zentral, man ist schnell per Fuß oder Fahrrad auf der Insel.Wohnung war sehr sauber, ist modern eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts.Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Schlüsselübergabe ging problemlos nach Telefonat mit netten Vermieter über die Bühne.

Schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung

Es war alles da, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein nicht zu öffnendes Fenster und keinen Schrank, worauf auch in der Beschreibung hingewiesen wird. Das Fensr geht ins Treppenhaus, Allerdings dringt die Beleuchtung des Treppenhauses auch durch den angebrachten Rollo, was nachts störend sein kann. 5 Sterne in allen Bereichen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit kleiner Terrasse, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und das in einer Anzahl wie selten erlebt. Bequeme Betten, Couch. Das Mobiliar überhaupt hochwertig, kein Ikea Zeug. In der Küche sehr viel Geschirr und Besteck, große Spülmaschine und Kochfeld. Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Kleine aber schnuckelige Terrasse mit Lounge, großen Tisch und Stühlen. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Lindaupark 5 min. Gehweg, auf Lindau-Insel 10 min. Bahnhof in 8min. erreichbar. Die FeWo ist absolut empfehlenswert und auch der Mietpreis ist im normalen Bereich. Es ist sehr wahrscheinlich, dass wir wir bald wieder nach Lindau kommen und dann bestimmt in DIESE FeWo.

Alles dabei, einfach perfekt!

Wir waren zu dritt und mit einem kleinen Hund unterwegs. Für uns drei war die Wohnung perfekt. Das Bad ist groß, zwei gemütliche Schlafzimmer und der Hund hatte im Garten sein Terrain abgesteckt. Die Küche war ausreichend ausgerüstet. Das Wohnzimmer mit der gemütlichen Couch ist apart eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist recht groß und man könnte auch dort zu sechst sitzen. Vielleicht müsste der grüne Daumen noch im Garten geschwungen werden. Das war aber nicht so wichtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll ist es auch, dass die Wohnung einen Tiefgaragenplatz hat. Vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit eines schönen Urlaubs.

Tolle Wohnung und sehr schöne Gegend

Aufenthalt war sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Leider mussten wir aus Krankheitsgründen eher Abreisen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist leider ohne Fenster zum öffnen und liegt direkt zum Hausflur. So hört man jedes Geräusch im Treppenflur. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr schön, und alles da, was man benötigt. Die Terrasse ist überdacht, und auch bei nicht so schönem Wetter kann man draussen sitzen. Alles zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und erreichbar, und sehr darum bemüht, dass man eine schöne Zeit dort hat.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Wir hatten hier eine wunderschöne Zeit. Die Wohnung ist in optimaler Lage, sehr gut ausgestattet, schöne Wohngegend. Man ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß auf der Insel Lindau. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gassi Runden für den Hund fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Vermieter sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir empfehlen das gerne weiter.
