This charming 3 bed 2 bath home rental is located near FLETC on a corner lot with plenty of room to entertain friends and family. Refinished wood floors, stylish arches, fire places, work office, secluded patio, plenty of storage and half acre backyard with 8 pecan trees surrounding the house. The kitchen is large, with an island and high end appliances, spacious laundry area, and the entire house was painted by a renowned artist from the area. It also boasts a private split master bedroom and large bedrooms. Amazing kitchen & living room area with the house having incredible and unmatched detail work

Utilities and internet included. House is completely furnished with 3 4K TVs, Hulu, Prime, Peacock and Netflix provided. No smoking allowed or any type of drugs. Pets can be permitted.

Very Clean

Home had a ln unusual layout, but was very clean with plenty of room. Would appreciate more than 1/2 roll of toilet paper left in the second bathroom, but there was more in the first bathroom. Yard was overgrown an unusable for our stay.
