We had a family wedding in Sioux Falls this weekend. This rental was perfect for our adult family of six people. The kitchen was well stocked and the game room was a fun addition. Everything was very clean and all details were well explained. We would definitely stay again!

The stay was very nice, clean, plenty of activities at house, great for family together time. Adequate parking for our 4 cars,cooking was easy with well stocked small appliances and dishes, the 2 queen beds could use newer mattresses but otherwise great hosts. We loved it had a Christmas tree for us.

This ad is very misleading. The title for this property is Entire Townhouse. This is more accurately described a suite in a Townhouse with two other suites. Yes, three groups were all staying together. The outdoor space, you get one seat out of every three because there are two other groups. You will definitely interact with the other travelers when you are coming in and out of your front and back door. You absolutely hear them walking on you above and are worried about walking on people below you.This was priced as if we had the entire property and I am very disappointed that I was deceived. I contacted the host and was not going to leave this review until she argued with me loudly on the phone about the accuracy of her listing when confronted. Literally 50% of her current reviews mention that the listing is inaccurate. I'm going to tell you that they are being extremely generous with those other reviews, and this is a buyer beware situation.

This place is beyond wonderful! So clean, nicely decorated and they have everything to make you feel at home! There were 3 adults, a teenager and a 10 month old baby that stayed for a week and this place was great for all of us! The hot tub and game room were such an awesome bonus!
