You'll love the sea view, the 11m2 terrace facing the beaches, the privileged location and the south-facing position so you can enjoy the sun all day long.
The flat can accommodate up to 4 people (2 bedrooms).
Ground floor:
- Living room with TV, coffee table
- Open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.)
- Bedroom with double bed (160cm) and large wardrobe
- Shower room
- Separate WC
1st floor:
- Bedroom with double bed (160cm), which can be split into two single beds (80cm) and storage space
- Shower room with WC
The flat is located on the 1st and top floor of a small, very quiet condominium.
Very easy parking close to the flat.
There is also a secure garage.
The first beaches and bus routes are just opposite the flat.
Coastal path opposite the flat. A change of scenery guaranteed!
Wifi available.
Pets NOT allowed.
No parties allowed.
