Welcome to '' Panorama '' Apartments / Rooms.

The apartments are located in the quiet village of Kastri, next to the sea with a panoramic view of the Libyan sea. The distance to the sea is about 200m.
There are waiting 5 recently renovated rooms for you - ready to satisfy your need of silence and relaxation in the exotic south of crete.
There is WIFI available in the room, and there is a parking available too.
So we have beaches with sand and shadow for a little child.
To make your holidays in Kastri, there is no car necessary. We have to mini markets, 7 taverns, 3 cafeterias in our village and all the beaches you can reach by foot.
But you have to know, that is no public transport here.
Generally we recommend to do some nice places of crete.
The two mini markets here in Kastri have almost anything.

The building has 10 studios. The 5 studios upstairs belong to my sister-in-law. They are therefore here in Holiday-right.

Sympa et au calme

Hébergement de bon niveau ,propre , belle vue . La ville possède de tout petits commerces . Plusieurs restaurants abordables . Attention pas de machine à laver ni laverie en ville . Wunderschöner Urlaub unter Freunden

Das Studio und dessen Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Melina und Dragos haben uns herzlich empfangen und auch während des Urlaubs beratend und im Notfall hilfreich zur Seite gestanden. Leider war der Urlaub viel zu kurz, um alles auf der Insel zu besichtigen. Müssen wir wohl noch einmal kommen. Eine wunderbare Zeit in Kastri

Wir haben uns kurzfristig für einen Urlaub in Kreta entschlossen und für unseren Aufenthalt den Süden bevorzugt. Dabei hatten wir keine Ahnung, wie sehr Kastri auf uns gewartet hat, um uns in seinen Bann zu ziehen. Sehr gern haben wir im Appartement von Melina gewohnt und den wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer genossen. Das Zimmer mit integrierter Küche und kleinem Badezimmer war ideal für unseren Aufenthalt. Klein, fein und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Großartige Menüs kann man sicher nicht zubereiten, aber dafür warten mehrere hervorragende Tavernen am Strand, um die Gäste mit den leckeren kretischen Speisen zu verköstigen. Besonders haben wir Nektarios und Sofia von Morning Star ins Herz geschlossen, die mit großer Leidenschaft den weltbesten gegrillten Fisch und Gemüse zaubern und schließlich den Abend mit Raki abrunden. Wer sich darauf einlässt, lernt jede Menge Leute kennen und das betrifft auch Melina, ihren Mann und die beiden anderen Herbergseltern. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt und die Herzlichkeit und Fröhlichkeit von Melina hat uns sehr beeindruckt. In jedem Fall kommen Maren und Norbert (Carsten) wieder!

Beschauliche Zeit in Kastri

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön auf einer Anhöhe mit dem Blick auf das Meer. Es war sehr ruhig und wir konnten gemütlich auf dem Balkon sitzen. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren gut. Abends war es nicht weit zu den urigen Tavernen am Meer. Wo man wunderbar sitzen und die einheimischen Gerichte genießen konnte.

We absolutely loved it

The seaside is beautiful, we liked that the village was not so touristic but a fishing village. The beach next to thhe church was desert it was wonderful. We ate lunch and dinner at the taverna kriti , it was fresh fish from the port and fresh meat from the farm (and vegetable the same) so only local production. The restaurant owner was so friendly and he liked to served and conseil us some typical dishes. Everything was delicious. Then there is a bar the aeriko cafe which is nice to cocktails and drinks. The panoramic appartment is beautiful, clear, clean, and Hanna and Melina are very nice and réactive if you ask them something. We'll definitely come back!

Great & calm location, fair price

We rented a small studio there for two weeks in September / October. Melina was a great host. Kastri is a wonderful location to spend a soothing and relaxing vacation. We really enjoyed our 2 weeks there, going to the beach there every day, having lunch in one of the amazingly welcoming taverns along the water line and of course eating diner on our small balcony watching the sunset. Kastri is a nice starting point to visit the south central part of Crete. The studio had all necessary features you need. Only 2 negative points. First: the mosquitoes: I personally would have enjoyed some mosquito nets in the window frames. Second is the quite hard mattress and the 190cm bed frame with bedpost, which is somewhat inconvenient for big people like me. Thus only 4 stars out of 5. Summary: very good value for money

Wundervoller, idyllischer Urlaub!

Unser Apartement war sehr sauber und von der Größe und der Ausstattung vollkommen ausreichend, da wir meist unterwegs waren! Das beste bei dem warmen Wetter war die Klimaanlage:) Auch Melina war super nett und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und uns sogar zum Listis Strand gebracht, wohl mit dem schönsten Strand auf Erden!! Kochen konnte man auch gut, wobei wir meistens in einen der nahen Tavernen gegessen haben- auch sehr zu empfehlen und sehr lecker, vor allem auch für Vegetarier, was wir nicht gedacht hätten! Strände sind zu Fuß in 10min zu erreichen. Alles hier war sehr idyllisch, das Dorf Kastri klein aber fein mit allem, was man braucht und auf jeden Fall nicht so touristisch wie an der Nordküste. Man braucht, wenn man sich mehr von der Insel anschauen will definitiv ein Auto, denn Busse fahren hier nicht. Insgesamt ein richtig toller Urlaub! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!:)

Schöne Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieterin

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung war ordentlich und sauber. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat sich um alle unsere Anliegen sofort gekümmert. Wir waren in jeder Hinsicht sehr zufrieden und würden sehr gerne wieder einmal kommen.

Una vacanza meravigliosa!

Ho soggiornato a Kastrì, in uno degli appartamenti Panorama con i miei figli per 16 giorni. L’immobile, di recente costruzione e in ottima posizione sulla collina, comprende otto miniappartamenti: quello che ci è stato assegnato corrispondeva pienamente alla descrizione: molto grazioso, nuovissimo, ha una cucina dotata del necessario per preparare sia la colazione che i pasti principali ed è possibile mangiare nel terrazzino, grazie anche al leggero venticello che durante la nostra vacanza non è mai mancato; il Wi-Fi funziona alla perfezione. La proprietaria, Melina, è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile nei confronti di ogni nostra richiesta; nel corso della vacanza abbiamo avuto asciugamani puliti ogni tre giorni e ogni sabato è stato pulito l’intero appartamento, con cambio di lenzuola. Come scritto nell’annuncio, il sud dell’isola, meno frequentato dal turismo di massa è perfetto per una vacanza rilassante, ma si possono anche fare molte escursioni. Noi, ad esempio, abbiamo visto tutti i principali siti archeologici (Festo, Cnosso, Agia Triada) e le spiagge più famose (Matala, Preveli, Eloundas, Elafonisi e Balos – l’ultime due con una gita di due giorni). Anche il mare locale però è bellissimo (in particolare la spiaggia Listis, a circa 2 km dal paese, verso Tsoutsouras). Kastrì è un paese piccolo, ma accogliente, con buone taverne sul lungomare. Per tutti questi motivi consiglio vivamente gli appartamenti Panorama di Kastrì!
