The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, a towel dryer, and complimentary toiletries.

Slight detour through the Breton district! The atmosphere of old France lulls the mainly residential district but includes some of Paris's most famous attractions, such as the Catacombs. When it comes to shopping, go to Montparnasse, which is a large shopping center. You can also stroll down rue Daguerre, where you will find bakeries and patisseries. There are many places to eat in the borough, so here's a small recommendation for Breton creperies! Finally, try "l'entrepôt," an incredible place for artistic life with a restaurant, cocktail bar, garden terrace, concert halls, and art galleries.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Pernety, is just a 3-minute walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 41-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
