7×4 m swimming pool, large 30 m² covered terrace, outdoor lounge area, spacious wooded garden: children have plenty of room to play freely while adults relax and enjoy the sun.

4 bedrooms (3 queen beds 160 cm + 1 twin bedroom), 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen — professional plancha grill, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine.

Only 150 m from a river, 1 km from a swimming lake with facilities. Verdon Gorges and Sainte-Croix Lake only 30 minutes away (kayaking, pedal boats, sailing, hiking). Sea and beaches 50 minutes away — Fréjus and its summer night market, fireworks every Friday.

Traditional Provençal market in the village every Sunday.
