Your independent holiday home is on two levels: - On the ground floor : A kitchen with living room - lounge, A bathroom with shower and WC, - Upstairs : A lounge area with connected television, Two bedrooms with two 90x200 beds, which can be combined or separated as needed Baby equipment on request (wooden bed and booster seat) - Exteriors: Gravel courtyard of 50 m², lawn of 600 m² and a terrace of 18 m². Parking for 2 vehicles in the courtyard. Accommodation reserved for leisure customers. Charming detached house with its enclosed garden and terrace, located 2.6 km from the center of Plouha and its amenities. You are on the Côte du Goëlo, this region offers the full range of what Brittany has to offer: seaside resorts, beaches, picturesque ports, charming towns, spectacular cliffs, the Gwin Zegal pile anchorage port , islands, and much more. If you are a beach lover, you will be seduced by Bonaparte beach, steeped in history, which borders the GR 34 path and takes you to St Quay Portrieux 12 km away, along the Marina, the beaches of the Comtesse, that of the casino with its seawater swimming pool, and even as far as Binic 17 km away. You are also only 15 km from Paimpol and 20 km from the pier for the island of Bréhat, nicknamed the island of flowers.
