Come stay in this charming house with neat and harmonious decoration. Located on the heights of Ploubazlanec, the cottage is adjoining the owners' house and another gîte on a fully enclosed property.
your vacation rental with an area of 56 m2 can accommodate 4 people and includes on the ground floor: a kitchen area with dining area, living room, 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190), wc. Upstairs: 1 large bedroom (2 electric 80x200 beds that can be combined into a 160x200 bed), bathroom with shower.
A private part equipped with a barbecue, a table as well as a second with bench and garden beds are at your disposal for moments of relaxation.

Between the Goelo coast and the pink granite coast, it will be your ideal place to stay to explore the magnificent tourist sites located nearby.

The pier for Bréhat is only 1.5 km from the cottage, the GR 34 at 900m.
Paimpol, Tréguier, the Talbert furrow and many other wonders await you.

Weekly rentals from June to September and during school vacation periods.
Minimum 2 nights on other periods. For a reservation of 2 nights, sheets are provided with the possibility of breakfast. Price on request.

Le gîte est comme sur les photos, propre, au calme et confortable il y a tous ce qu’il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. L’accueil est très chaleureux et très sympathique. L’endroit est propice aux belles balades pour découvrir la belle région de la Bretagne. Idéale pour aller visiter l’île de Bréhat. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour d’une semaine chez Christophe qui nous a très bien accueilli et a su nous donner toute les informations nécessaire pour pouvoir visiter les meilleures endroit à voir au bon moment. Merci beaucoup Vous pouvez y aller sans hésiter! si vous souhaitez passer un excellent séjour en Bretagne aller chez Christophe vous ne serez pas déçu.

Un gîte très bien situé, bien équipé et décoré avec goût , avec de nombreux espaces de rangement,un accueil très sympathique et de nombreuses informations sur la région qui est vraiment de toute splendeur et sauvage.Un émerveillement sans nom pour les yeux! Super vacances

Les cotes d' Armor sont a visiter pour les amoureux de la Bretagne . Magnifque endroit un peu sauvage . Visite de l'ile de Bréhat , Perros Guirec , beaucoup de lieux à découvrir etc... Logement et propriétaire impeccable . Très bon accueil , je recommande . Logement " TY TOPHE " très bien équpée . Bref des vacances inoubliables !!!

Une maison pour les vacances..

Nous sejournons 5 nuits chez Christophe. Très bon accueil à Ploubazlanec. La maison est sympa et bien placée pour les visites . Proche de l'île de Bréhat. Un joli jardin pour se detendre avec bains de soleil Nous avons passez un excellent sejour. Les randonnées sont seperbes et multiples...

Notre merveilleux séjours en Bretagne

Bonjour, L'accueil de Christophe était excellent. Très bonne description de sa région, nous avons laissé quelques dépliants pour les prochains touristes. Merci encore pour la bouteille de cidre de Paimpol et les crêpes. Le logement est bien agencé et propre. Merci encore👍

Gite tres fonctionnel situé dans une belle région

Nous avons été agréablement surpris en découvrant le gite dont les photos ne reflétaient pas la grandeur de pièces (surtout la salle de bain) La région nous a beaucoup plu et nos petits enfants ont peu profité de la mer et des exterieurs du gite. Il est vrai que nous n'avons pas eu de pluie durant le séjour Nous avons fait une partie de nos achats alimentaires sur le marché du ploubazlanec et aussi chez les producteurs locaux. Tres belle semaine avec des propriétaires chaleureux.
