Ground floor flat with garden - 3*** furnished holiday home- all comforts - wifi

Our cosy flat is located on the ground floor of a detached house built in the 70s. It comprises a living room with a flat-screen TV, an express sofa and a dining area.
A fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer.
A shower room with washing machine and separate toilet.
The bedroom has a 180 cm bed and a dressing area.
In the private outdoor area, you'll find garden furniture, a barbecue and two chiliennes (photos in progress).

Nearby, you have access to all amenities (food, bakery, chemist, tobacconist, bus stop).
On arrival, you will be provided with bed linen, household linen, shower towels, the first coffee capsule and a surprise welcome gift. The flat is non-smoking, but there is an ashtray outside.

The market in Saintes runs from Tuesday to Sunday at different locations.
Tuesday and Friday: Cours Reversaux de Saintes
Thursday and Sunday: Saintes station area
Wednesday and Saturday: at the foot of Saintes Cathedral.

The town centre is a 5-minute drive away.
Gallo-Roman amphitheatre is 4 minutes away by car
Saint Pierre cathedral is 5 minutes away by car
Saintes train station is 8 minutes away by car
