Refurbished 3-bedroom apartment at 3 min walking distance from the beach (plage du midi) and 5-10 min walking distance to the palais des festivals. The apartment has been entirely recently refurbished and includes brand new furniture and is located in a gated residence.

It has 2 bedrooms with king size beds (one with a sea view), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 terrace and 1 balcony.
Please be respectful of the neighbours. Noise disturbances are prohibited from 9 PM to 9 AM.

No additional guests or parties at the house. Primary guest only.

It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the house. When smoking outside, cigarette butts must not be thrown on the ground.

Parties or events are not allowed.

The house must be left clean and tidy: dishes washed, waste in the bins, and every piece of furniture/equipment/accessory in its place. Additional cleaning fees will apply if the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition.

Any lost keys will be charged €200.

Pets are not allowed.
