Wonderful stay at this villa. The location is perfect … 5min walk to extra large supermarket, few mins away to the beach, 10mins from the marina. Bakery & bars 2mins away at the end of the street. The villa is lovely, has all you could ask for and the heated pool is a highlight. Terrace is perfect place to sit and watch the activity of the river. Really enjoyed our stay, it’s been very special. Thank you Hélène! Excellent host and lovely to meet you!

Lovely property with a fabulous, well-equipped outdoor space. Clean heated pool with plenty of sunbeds. Well equipped kitchen, including washing liquid etc which was appreciated. Location couldn't have been better - close to beach, supermarket, restaurants etc. Lovely. Ideal for our mixed aged family group. The only criticism I would have is that the beds were very hard (mattress toppers would have helped) and could have been bigger as rooms were large enough. Pull-out bed was ok but in a corridor, so no privacy.

Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cette maison très bien située à côté de la plage Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la climatisation et la piscine chauffée . La maison est agréable , elle aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement à l’intérieur dommage que l équipement de la cuisine soit insuffisant, l extérieur n’était pas très propre quand nous sommes arrivés. A part ça nous sommes plutôt satisfait de la location et la région est vraiment agréable.

Super Ausgangslage

Das Haus hat die perfekte Lage für Ausflüge. Strand nur 2 Gehminuten, Essensmöglichkeiten, Radverleih, Rollerverleih, Supermarkt fußläufig. Die Kommunikation mit Helene war auch ausgesprochen gut und Kleinigkeiten wurden sofort behoben. Das einzige Manko ist die Sauberkeit. Der Außenbereich ist ungepflegt (Unkraut, nicht gefegt, Pool mussten wir nachträglich reinigen lassen, Kabel gucken aus der Wand) und im Innenbereich wurde auch nicht unter jede Couch geguckt, so das wir von unseren Vorgängern noch Überbleibsel gefunden haben. Die Liegen sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise nicht funktionsfähig. Ansonsten bot das Haus aber alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sonst braucht. Die perfekte Lage entschädigt einiges.

Localisation parfaite !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison particulièrement bien située. Plusieurs espaces extérieurs, dont la belle piscine, permettent de bien profiter de la maison. La clim dans toutes les pièces est un vrai plus. Un petit coup de rafraîchissement ne ferait pas de mal par-ci par-là, et il faut souvent arpenter les escaliers (la cuisine et le salon sont à l’étage) mais dans l’ensemble le rapport qualité prix est très bon.

Had an amazing family holiday at this villa. The property was clean and well equipped with cooking facilities, great having a pool & bbq. Beach, restaurants & supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Helene was very helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Simplement Magnifique

L’accueil par Helene la propriétaire est des plus sympa. La maison est splendide et d’une propreté impeccable. La piscine tellement belle et agréable. Les alentours bucolique et calmes. A conseiller sans modération et à refaire. Sympathique et à l’écoute Helene nous a conseiller sur les possibilités de balades. La mer à100m..... un rêve.

Nice Villa with a very convinient pool and walking distance to the sea

Already the welcome was very warm and nice from Helen. The Villa have enough place and is located really 5minutes from a sandy public beach. Several restaurants and a big supermarket are also located in walking distance near by. For shopping you can go to several malls or Nizza, both aprox. 15min. by car. We enjoyed our time in the villa a lot. It was very clean, everything was organized well and we definitely recommend! Thank you for having us as your guests and hope to see you again.

Même sans profiter de la piscine en arrière saison ,l'ensemble de la propriété est très attractif; soigné,lumineux calme et très proche de la mer .L'intérieur de la villa est traité avec goût .La cuisine est fonctionnelle,le salon spacieux ,gai et sympathique .Les chambres et SDB parfaitement adaptées pour 6 personnes .Le garage est pratique car au même niveau que le jardin. Hélène ,la propriétaire toujours à l'écoute des occupants ,est particulièrement accueillante et soucieuse du bien être de tous.
