This was our third stay here. We find more to enjoy each time. We cooked a large family meal this time and found the kitchen very well appointed. The roll away cot was very comfortable. We were able to catch a beautiful sunset also. The property is so peaceful. We plan on renting any time we're in the area.

Beautiful Property

The home is lovely and very well appointed. Comfy beds, great linens. The property is beautiful. We had so much fun watching the rabbits, cows (next door), tadpoles and tiny frogs in the stream. I can't think of anything lacking in our stay. We hope to be back the next time we come to Batesville.

Excellent

Best value I’ve ever gotten from a VRBO. Clean and stocked well with kitchen and bath accessories Had everything we needed. Plenty of space, secluded by by trees and nature but extremely conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. Owner is thoughtful and kind and was helpful with navigating restaurants.

Nicely Prepared Rental

Nothing was forgotten in getting this home ready to rent. Plenty of space, clean washer and dryer, great beds and linens, plenty of towels and supplies and stuff in the kitchen cabinets. Double attached garage with openers as well This stands out as one of the nicest that we've rented.

We had a great stay at Lottie’s property. It was a very peaceful property and immaculately clean. It’s an older house which I found quite charming but one of the bathroom doors didn’t shut (would get stuck.) Not a huge deal for us and I’m sure could probably be easily fixed. I’d definitely recommend

We stayed here four years ago. It is still the cute country spot, charming and complete. The only problem was at the time of check-in. The property host sent us a message the day of check-in that I was not able to open. So, we experienced some heart burn before we got it figured out.But it's a great place and we'll be back..

Peace & Tranquility

I needed a safe place for my elderly parents (90 & 83) to stay during a family funeral. This home was perfect! The doorways were wide and all flat services and a walk in shower. My mother raved about how well they both slept, as I did too! The robes were a bonus! Especially for the cold mornings. I slept in the front bedroom and heard absolutely no road noise. The house sits so far back off the main road you really don’t hear anything. I especially enjoyed the deep soaking tub after the long days. I will definitely book again when we come back.
