Nous sommes arrivés sur notre lieu de vacances et surprise! Un couple avait déjà réservé. Abritel avait oublié d'en informer l'hôte. Ils nous ont dit qu'ils nous trouveraient une maison similaire à notre location initiale. Ils ont trouvé mais pour le sur lendemain. Toujours pas remboursé des frais d'hôtel au bout de 8 jours???De plus, nous avons dû nous reloger par nos propres moyens car les offres ne correspondaient aux prestations attendues.Une honte! A fuir!!! Pas sérieux et aucune empathie !!!Stress, épuisement....
