Nueva villa en el lago en la hermosa naturaleza.

La hermosa ubicación en un pequeño lago en medio de la naturaleza salvaje lo invita a relajarse y observar animales. Sin embargo, estás rápidamente en la ciudad para ir de compras o ir de compras. En 5 minutos puede encontrar la península de Boca Grande, conocida por sus playas de conchas. Hay 5 campos de golf cercanos y podemos organizar alquileres de botes muy baratos para explorar las muchas penínsulas y el mar. La casa se mudó el 1 de enero de 2015. Todos los muebles, platos, máquinas, toallas de baño, ropa de cama, colchones, etc. son nuevos.
Es una zona tranquila y exclusiva con prácticamente cero delitos. Ideal para relajantes vacaciones familiares, vacaciones de golf, viajes en velero o como punto de partida para viajes de ida y vuelta por Florida. (Orlando 2 horas, Miami 3 horas, Tampa 1 hora)
Se observaron tortugas, conejos, ardillas, armadillos, mapaches, águilas calvas y muchas aves acuáticas alrededor de la casa. Un cocodrilo vive en el lago, que a veces se puede ver nadando.

Awesome vacation house

House was awesome, very clean, great location, and well stocked for cooking. Pool and hot tub were clean and nicely heated. Owners were wonderful to work with and very prompt in answering emails. Would not hesitate to rent again and already did for next year!!

Relaxation at it's finest

We stayed for only 3 nights and wish it could have been longer. The pool and hot tub were well heated and very clean. The house was very clean as well. The pond was so peaceful and the neighborhood very quiet and welcoming. We will for sure keep this one in mind for future stays

Great place for peace and quiet. House supplied all the amenities needed for an extended stay. Enjoyed the view and pool. The owners are the sweetest people and answered all our questions in a timely fashion.

This property is absolutely great, exactly as the pictures. Really nice decoration, super clean, quier neighborhood and the most important thing...comunicacion with the host was quick. Maggie and her husband are really nice and care about you. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful property. We definitely recommend anyone to stay here if you want to relax. Very relaxing!

This house is in a very peaceful neighborhood. The house is updated and very clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. Love having the garage to park in! I will say a solar cover would be nice for the nighttime swims since the pool heater timer is from 8-5.

Very Nice Home

This home is very nice and beachy, has most items you will need including beach items, bikes, towels, etc. Only cons is that the beds were very hard and the pool & spa were not clean for the first 2 days. Otherwise peaceful neighborhood, close to beaches, nice pool and spa, everything else great!

Amazing property and communication

We absolutely loved staying at this place! The pictures do not do it justice… We felt like kings and queens staying here. The TV room is spacious, the beds are so comfy, and the pool and hot tub were magnificent. I think my only complaint is we wanted the hot tub a little hotter ha ha but we also came from snowy Iowa. We cannot wait to stay here again next year. Thank you so much!

Great property and host

The house was perfect for us. It had everything that we needed. We use the heated pool and hot tub and we used the grill often. We saw many beautiful sunsets and many birds and an alligator in and near the lake behind the home. The location was convenient for shopping, restaurants and close to hiking areas. The beaches were about 30 minutes away. The host responded to questions very promptly . We hope to stay there again.

Fabulous property!

Best VRBO ever! The lake was so relaxing and the home had everything we needed. Publix and many restaurants all within 5-10 minutes. We stayed in the pool each night and watched the bats and stars come out. The pool and hot tub area was very relaxing. Wouldn’t have changed a thing! The area is also central to many other major cities. We may come back! Thank you Maggie!

Peaceful getaway

We stayed for 2 weeks at this beautiful villa and we wished we could have stayed longer. It had everything we needed and was a home from home. The outside area was very comfortable and we enjoyed the evenings sat under the fans. The villa is in a great location as only a short drive from the supermarket and restaurants are close by. We visited lots of beautiful beaches and the state parks. It’s a modern and very clean villa with a beachy vibe. It’s the best villa we have stayed in with this being our fifth visit. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Pool House

Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. If you enjoy watching sunsets, hearing birds sing and watch the clouds roll by, this place is for you. The house is beautifully furnished and the pool house is outstanding with a firepit, hot tub and outside furniture. The house is clean and tastefully decorated. The host provides bikes, grill, beach chairs and beach towels among other things. The location is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The host always quickly responds to your questions. Beaches are about 20 minutes away by car and a bike path is nearby. We had a great time and will definitely book here again in the future.

VRBO failed us! OWNER in Switzerland saved us!

We arrived and had no code to get in. Every time I tried to “ message the host” on VRBO I got an error message saying I did not have access to the reservation! Fortunately the house next door was owner by our host too so those kind folks gave us the phone numbers they had. The dear lady who cleans the house called the host IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT IN SWITZERLAND and the sleepy host called us with the code. It was after 9 pm when we finally got in!!!

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub is absolutely gorgeous. There are plenty of dining and shopping choices nearby but the home is fully stocked with everything that you need.

House is clean and in a beautiful lake with plenty of walking and close 15 minto the beach.

Check in process was excellent- Maggie gave us all the info we needed ahead of the time. House is spotless, supplied with everything we needed and more. We had paper towels, all the cleaning supplies we might need everything was staffed, we didn’t have to worry about anything except for getting own groceries- amazing! Beds super comfortable, furniture excellent. House comfortable and quiet.Views and birds chirping was relaxing. Interior and exterior- beautiful and very well planned. We loved the house and how tranquil it was for the first 7 days….But shortly we found out that house next door is a 3 day minimum rental house, unfortunately day 7 of our stay very loud group of 4 visitors moved into the house next door ( that’s when I started to look in VRBO trying to figure why we see new people come and go and why people got so noisy all of a sudden and by browsing map saw house next door is a rental property as well). Anyways 2 houses dividing one extra lot so it’s lot and a half next to the other rental house, but it was loud pool party, with people talking in a loud voices, from 9:00 am am till 10:00 pm. It wasn’t very peaceful after all and we just had to leave in the evening’s because I just didn’t like all the laughing loud talking, bottles popping open and drinking etc next door. Not what what we expected in a very quiet ROTONDA. But it’s possible it was just exception, not everyone is like this. So house is exceptional, if you love walking and birds watching , and expect meticulously clean house-it’s perfect. The rest I don’t know , if you don’t mind to possibly have party next door every day then it’s a perfect house .

Quel beau séjour!! nous avons adoré la maison et toutes les commodités. L'emplacement était parfait pour nous, vraiment tranquille et nous avons pu observer différents oiseaux (même un aigle) et un alligator. Les proprios sont génial! Ils répondent rapidement à nos questions et sont là pour tous nos besoins. La seule chose, internet n'est pas illimité et il y a peu de postes à la télé... Pour le rest, tout était parfait! Un gros merci à Maggie et Rolph! Louis et Isabelle

We had a lovely stay at 126 Haddock. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed swimming in the pool everyday. Would definitely like to go back again.
