Family house for 8 adults and 6 children
If you wish to go on holiday with friends, family, cousins, La Villa Calopia, which can accommodate 14 people (maximum 8 adults recommended) is made for you!
With its enclosed garden and 6 bedrooms, the layout of this accommodation has been designed for large families.
The ground floor consists of a vast, bright entrance offering on the left a large, functional kitchen-dining room. As the house has been recently renovated, it is a brand new, fully equipped island kitchen that awaits you for cooking.
You will find a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave oven, a traditional oven, an induction hob and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster are also provided.
The tour of the ground floor continues on the right with a vast living room where everyone can find their place around a board game, or with a good book. An independent toilet is also available on this level.
On the first floor, you will discover a large master suite with its King size bed and its bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a toilet. Next to it, the landing leads to a children's bedroom with a bunk bed and a trundle bed as well as a cot. There is also a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds that can be moved closer together.
A second bathroom, with shower and toilet, completes this floor.
The visit continues on the second floor, with 3 beautiful blue bedrooms. The first has a double bed 160 and communicates with a large bathroom composed of 2 sinks, a bathtub and a toilet. A second bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together is also adjoining this bathroom. A third bedroom to finish, offers a bunk bed (only for children) and a trundle bed.
For your comfort, you will have access to a table football, a ping-pong table, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and 3 hair dryers. You can also use the bike storage, and park vehicles on the plot.
