The apartment is located in a secure and very quiet luxury residence 200 meters from a marina and 800 meters from the beach. Covering an area of 52 m2, it has two closed bedrooms and a mezzanine with convertible sofa. The 20 m2 terrace is on the first and last floor, facing south, with views of Albères and Canigou, sheltered from prevailing winds (very important in the region to take full advantage of it). Reversible air conditioning, shutters, electric blinds, wi-fi ... ensure optimal comfort in all seasons. Two private outdoor parking spaces are available inside the residence. Close to Collioures, Spain and the Pyrenees, you can take advantage of your holidays to discover the region. For athletes, the Capellans complex (tennis, squash ...) is about 500 meters from the residence. There is also a very beautiful golf course in St-Cyp and several equestrian centers.

Sophie nous a accueilli chaleureusement, nous a fait faire le tour de l’appartement, personne sympathique et disponible. M. Jeannel est prévenant lors nos échanges téléphoniques, personne soucieuse du confort de ses hôtes. Très bel appartement, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Literie correcte. Le plus est la climatisation qui rafraîchit bien les pièces. Une grande terrasse avec store permet de déjeuner et se reposer à l’ombre. La piscine est très appréciable surtout en temps de fortes chaleurs. L’emplacement est idéal pour sillonner les environs. Se situe non loin de l’Espagne, parfait pour le ravitaillement !!!

Le logement est tres bien agencé et orienté plein sud avec une magnifique vue sur les Alberes. Très calme pour bien se reposer. La plage est à 800m. Argeles sur mer est à 5km environ et se fait en une 10zne de minutes en voiture. La piscine était malheureusement inaccessible en raison de la sécheresse importante dans le département et d'un arrêté préfectoral.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Appartement. Die Beschreibung entspricht genau dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Lediglich, wenn man "sehr zentral" wohnen möchte, hätte man hier einen "Kritikpunkt", da man zu Restaurants und dem Ortskern entweder länger gehen oder fahren muss. Dies ist aber klar beschrieben und wir haben so exakt die ruhige Wohnung gehabt, wie wir sie gewünscht und gebucht haben. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
