This attractive villa is the perfect tranquil escape from everyday life as set in a very quiet area on the edge of a small village with only the sounds of cicadas & expansive views of the surrounding undulating countryside of orchards & stunning majestic mature olive trees.

This charming property is positioned on the ground floor with a private outdoor swimming pool, garden, BBQ and terrace with gazebo for alfresco living.

The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms (2 king beds 1 with en-suite) with another separate bathroom. Open plan lounge/kitchen area seating for x5 . Fully equipped kitchen comprising of an oven, microwave & fridge/freezer. Flat Screen smart TV which includes satellite channels & Netflix. Free Wi-fi is available throughout the property. Free parking on site.

Within the same complex, adjacent to Villa Dionisia, an identical newly built property, Villa Sheila is also available offering families/friends the opportunity to holiday together.

Olive Grove Oasis

For excellent hospitality and a traditional experience without being short on convenience, this is your home away from home. I have an incredibly long review that details the excellence of hospitality and value and I’ll be posting that on Google because these people and this place are GEMS! We were sad to leave for Santorini!

Lovely Holiday

The property was very modern and the pool was larger than it had looked on the photographs. The Villa was equipped with everything you could possibly need for a carefree holiday, without it becoming cluttered and the hosts were really great. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even leaving a 'Welcome Basket' for us. They made us feel very relaxed and welcome, so thank you so much.

Une semaine dans la villa Dionisia à Roumeli, très bien située pour faire de belles découvertes. Un accueil très sympathique de Chéryl . Un panier de bienvenu avec fruits, gâteaux et dans le frigo de l'eau, jus de fruit, bières et petite bouteille de raki. Le logement est très confortable, grandes chambres et une bonne literie, le tout décoré avec goût. La piscine était la bienvenue après une journée sous le soleil. Stephanos nous a même amené des oeufs de leurs poules. Tous deux très réactifs, vraiment géniaux. Et pour notre départ ils nous ont offert une petite bouteille d'huile d'olive et une autre raki. Bref une destination que nous recommandons grandement Catherine, Patrick and Co

Tolles Appartment mit großem Pool!

Wir waren zu viert (2 Paare) in dem Appartment. Unser Flug hatte 5 Stunden Verspätung und trotz unserer späten Ankunft wurden wir persönlich von den Gastgebern empfangen. Cheryl und Stephano wohnen oben über den zwei großzügigen Appartements. Von den Gästen nebenan und den Gastgebern haben wir nichts mitbekommen. wenn wir Fragen hatten oder uns zufällig getroffen haben, waren die Gastgeber immer erreichbar und für ein Gespräch zuhaben. Küche, Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer sind mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Lediglich ein Hinweis zu den Badezimmern: für große Menschen könnte es eng werden. Ein Badezimmer ist direkt vom Schlafzimmer erreichbar. Leider ist hier die Duschabtrennung recht kurz, sodass das Badezimmer beim duschen immer sehr nass wird. Hier könnte man nachbessern. Ein Vorhang wäre super. Das andere Badezimmer ist gegenüber des zweiten Schlafzimmers. Ansonsten ist alles genau wie auf den Fotos. Ein Highlight war der richtig schöne, große Pool, der, sobald es dunkel wird, toll beleuchtet ist. Auch als mein Partner einen Arzt benötigte, hat Cheryl uns schnell weitergeholfen. Die 24-Stunden-Ambulanz ist etwa 10min entfernt. Zu empfehlen ist ansonsten noch die Taverne Roumeli sowie ein Besuch des 5min entfernten Dorfes Panermo. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Villa sehr empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Pool

Sehr saubere und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtete, große Ferienwohnung mit zwei großen, bequemen Betten und zwei Bädern mit Dusche und WC. Alle Räume haben eine neue Klimanlage, die das Schlafen auch bei hohen Temperaturen ermöglichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen Küchenutensilien, die man braucht. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Die sehr netten und ruhigen Vermieter wohnen direkt über der Wohnung und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Um die Strände oder nahe gelegene ,malerische Stadt Panormo zu erreichen, empfiehlt sich ein Leihwagen. Wir haben einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub bei Cheryl und Stefano verbracht und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
