Let down by host

I arrived at the property in the South of France and was told the host couldn’t be reached by your support team. I was then left by midnight to find my own accommodation. Your team did not offer to book me into a hotel and I was out on the street at night with nowhere to go. It was dreadful. Thank goodness a local pub had a room available for one night only. I was never contacted to be offered any other accommodation but found my own the next day. I then had to spend a whole day waiting to check in to n the new place with my suitcase in tow. Very unhappy as I still do not have the balance of payment on my trip paid back to me.
