Built with your comfort in mind, you’ll enjoy underfloor heating, a large shower, a master bedroom with access to the garden, and a charming attic bedroom with three single beds.

This chalet has been completely renovated in a modern style, while preserving the warm, inviting feel of wood.

The living area consists of a living room with a vintage sofa, equipped with a flat-screen TV and a high-end smart speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue pot, waffle maker, etc.). The dining table seats up to 8 people.

On the first floor: A master bedroom opening onto the garden, with a walk-in closet and the option to add a travel crib or rollaway bed upon request / A modern, fully equipped bathroom / A separate toilet.

Upstairs, accessible via a spiral staircase, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with three single beds.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a terrace and a garden.

A separate private garage allows you to safely store your ski gear and/or park a city car. Three private outdoor parking spaces are also available.

Access to the chalet is via a flat road that is very well plowed, leading to the Bernex resort, just a two-minute drive away.

From the living room, you’ll enjoy an unobstructed view of the Bernex mountains and the Dent d’Oche, the highest peak in the Chablais region.

You can go for walks right from the chalet, though a car is recommended to reach the starting points for the most beautiful hikes or ski trails.
