This is an older established neighborhood. It’s very close to Guilford battleground Park, the Piedmont Triad International airport and Four Seasons Mall
1. Locals must communicate with us before booking
2. It is prohibited to have more than 8 guests in or on the property at all times. Violation of the rule may result in the removal of you and your guests with no refund.
3. This is a self check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided by the Airbnb/VRBO house manual or check in guide.
4. $200 per day smoking fee. $20 non-authorized late check out fee.

Neighborhood and location were excellent. Nice fenced in back yard for the dogs. Small charcole grill so we didn't use it. Deck could use attention so we didn't use it either. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Communication with the host was very good.

Amazing experience

This house was gorgeous. Hosts were excellent to deal with. The neighborhood was quiet An ideal place for a getaway in the Greensboro area. We will definitely be staying here again when in the area.

Quiet home in Greensboro

We were there for my daughter’s tennis tournament at Spencer Love Tennis Center. We loved the location as it was 5 min away fromThe tennis center. It is very close to shops and restaurants. Home is outdated, but decently clean. Would likely stay here again.

Nice clean and comfortable

Stayed for ACC swim champs to watch our son. Great yard to let the dog out in and a nice comfortable spacious older home with all you need for a good stay.

We have stayed here several times and it’s always nice. Located in a lovely neighborhood and convenient to many great restaurants. Homey, clean and comfortable and the fenced yard is especially nice for our pups.

Great trip

The home is in a very peaceful neighborhood. I woke every morning to rabbits being in the yard..so sweet. We stayed for 11 days and we look forward to going back. Absolutely recommend!!!

I would never stay here in the future. I booked this home for my family of 6, and the very same day asked for a cancellation and I was ghosted. I found out I have cancer as well as had a funeral to attend so I could immediately no longer go on this trip. I asked to at least change the day to 1 or 2 days sooner that what I had booked, but I was ghosted until I was asked to give a review on my stay. What stay? I wasn't able to go, and I certainly gave plenty of notice since I found out the same day that I made the reservations that I could not go. Had this couple offered the opportunity to cancel instead of being greedy and charging me full price for a room I was not going to use, I would consider them in the future. But greed is not nice and I would not feel comfortable staying somewhere where there is this type of greed. God will bless me many times over, I'm sure so I will suck up this almost 500.00 loss and complete waste of money. Even with all my medical bills ahead, I will release this negative energy and move on. It's not even about the money at this point. It's about doing what's right and being good people. I don't like greed and selfishness. My dad taught me all about having good character and the homeowners have not shown me good character. This is my first bad review in my life, but I felt I had to share my experience. I think I was mistreated. I would appreciate them doing the right thing still and giving me a refund.

Just what we needed!

Our second time at this house and just like out first stay we found the house to be super clean, great location, plenty of room, a quiet neighborhood, and coordinating with our host easy and prompt. We'll stay again this next year!

Cozy Home close to all Greensboro has to offer!

This is my family’s second time staying at this property. It is quite roomy for 6-8 guests and has everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is lovely and close to everything in the Greensboro area. Both John and Miranda are amazing and super reachable. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved this house!

My team of colleagues and I needed somewhere to stay while attending a trade show. This was ideal for everyone to have their own room, two full baths and worthwhile kitchen. It was a quick in-and-out for us, but we appreciated that this was in a great neighborhood and felt very safe.
