This pretty T1 bis renovated, air-conditioned, functional and fully equipped offers you a comfortable accommodation with private terrace, communal swimming pool and secure parking in front of the accommodation. While being very quiet, it is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Ruoms and 500 m from the Ardèche river.
It consists of a main room with lounge area with a sofa bed 120, a flat screen TV, a sleeping area with a bed 160 with memory foam mattress, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with large walk-in shower. Private terrace with table, chairs, parasol, deck chairs and sunbeds by the pool. Bicycle garage.
JULY and AUGUST: minimum 7 nights
Other period: minimum 2 nights

Location très agréable

Le logement est très agréable tout comme les propriétaires du lieux, il est très bien placer dans ruoms au cœur de la ville où le marché a lieux. Avec un parking intérieur pour pouvoir garer sa voiture tranquillement, le logement étais très propre et bien ranger à notre arriver. Je recommande vivement de logement pour les vacances c’etais génial.
