Come and enjoy lakefront charm in this clean, cozy condo! Located in Emmetsburg, Iowa, this 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom new rental is perfect for families, romantic getaways or a weekend of ice fishing!

Enjoy gorgeous views facing the south beach of Five Island Lake, which is Iowa's ninth largest natural lake! The lake is great for swimming, boating, kayaking or floating! This is the perfect setting, whether you're planning to use the cabin as your base camp while you explore Emmetsburg and the surrounding areas or decide to stay in, relax, and unwind.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the brand new outside patio facing the lake!

Fun for all ages! Located just blocks from Soper Park, restaurants, coffee shops, the movie theatre, convenience stores, local pubs and The Shores- a popular wedding venue with a public golf course.

Feeling lucky? Try your hand at the Blackjack tables at The Wild Rose Casino. Or grab the beach chairs and towels that are provided and head across the street for a day in the sun!

This newly renovated condo comes with a kitchen, fridge, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, Keurig coffee maker, outdoor grill & more! There is queen bed in each bedroom with a sofa in the living room.

We are pet-friendly but please let us know if you plan to bring yours, as we do charge an additional fee of $25 per day.

Clean beautiful place. Plenty of room for our group. Great view of the lake. We were able to bring our pet which made our trip easier and enjoyable. Host is always quick to reply.

Beautiful lake views! House was conveniently located and just what we needed for the weekend. Host was very responsive when we had questions. Plenty of extra supplies like shampoo and soap in case you forgot. Extra blankets and pillows as well. We plan to stay here again next time we are in town. Thank you!

Great Lakeshore getaway

We loved our stay here. The lake is across the street and the house has everything you need to enjoy your stay! Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be back!!

Beautiful place

My daughter and I stayed in Emmetsburg for the first time. It's a cute little town. The lake access and view from the condo was amazing! The property was very clean and beds were super comfortable. Communication with the owner was great! We will definitely be back!

Lovely Lakeview

This property is quiet, cute and comfortable with a beautiful view of Five Island lake! We loved the outdoor space and found everything we needed in the house. We brought our bikes and enjoyed the FIT (five island trail) and cruising around the lake. This is a perfect space for a couple, two couples, or small family or friend group. Great stay!

Perfect Getaway Spot

The property was clean, well maintained and very well stocked with necessary supplies. Would definitely recommend to others. Kids & adults loved the lake/swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and the home was perfect for relaxing. Thank you so much.

Relaxing retreat

Another wonderful weekend on the lake! It rained all day on Saturday, so I took the opportunity to check out Spencer and the Okaboji area for shopping, eating & a matinee movie. I slept so soundly, and was able to really relax & unwind looking out at the lake. This place has everything I need and more. Thanks Sue for being such a great hostess!

Cozy house, beautiful lake!

Wonderful place for our girls' weekend! Cozy house with everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio with the fire table, and also took chairs over to the dock which was just across the street. The only improvement we could see was it would be nice if there was somewhere else to park the cars as the driveway is adjacent to the patio and the cars block a good chunk of the view of the lake and make the patio feel closed in. One car wouldn't have been so bad. Sue had thought of everything you could possibly need and decorated the house so nicely. Thanks for a great stay!

Iowa Nice

The property is nice.The view of the lake is good.It was clean and the outside patio area is nice and the gas fire pit was enjoyable. There was a couple of things that needed attention which I went ahead and fixed.Tha toilet handle in the bathroom was ready to fall off so I tightened that and the door closure on the kitchen door needed to be adjusted.Also the Kurig coffe maker says it needs to be descaled and the refrigerator says the filter needs to be replaced.We enjoyed the slow pace of Emmetsburg.

Very relaxing stay

I rented this cute little place as a getaway before school starts for my kids. The rental was very clean, smelled great and had everything we could possibly need. The owner even made sure we had enough chairs outside the fire pit for myself and my 5 kids. It was great having the lake right across the street. I could watch them fish from the dock while enjoying morning coffee on the porch area or from the bay window in the living room. My 9 year old caught a 3.6 pound bass one morning. The town was so nice and the people very friendly. I met lots of locals and felt very safe here. The house had lots of space for the 6 of us surprisingly. The beds are VERY comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked. It was a very peaceful and quiet little trip. Thank you so much Sue.
