Tree-lined vacations at the foot of Mont Ventoux

In its natural setting,

Located 15 minutes walk from the village, 20 minutes from the Salettes lake in the town of Mormoiron. Pied-à-terre for any lover of outdoor sports and green spaces. The main tourist activities around this rental are:

- The summit of Mont Ventoux at 26 km,
- Sault and its lavender plateaus at 28 km.
- Avignon, its papal palace, its festival, its Saint-Bénézet bridge at 45 minutes by car,
- Isle sur la sorgue and Fontaine de Vaucluse at less than 1 hour by car.
- Vaison la romaine and its historical sites at less than 1 hour by car.
- The Provençal Colorado in the Luberon 1 hour by car.
- The sea 1 hour 45 minutes by car.

You have the Avignon TGV station which deserts by correspondence the Carpentras station which is the closest to your future summer destination.

You will find on site a garage equipped with a wall socket to charge your electric bike or car as well as an outdoor space in front of the house.

Here is the title of the visit:

Entering from the outside you will find a field out of sight to practice your games of pétanque (crate with balls provided in the rental).
After this, you will arrive on the terrace equipped with its outdoor table and chairs as well as its barbecue or electric plancha.

You will enter through the French window into the living room which is composed of its dining room, TV lounge (with two armchairs and a sofa) and desk.
Behind the bar you will find the kitchen almost fully equipped (there is no dishwasher) you have microwave, electric stove, nespresso machine, blender grinder and kettle. Following this room you will have the laundry room with the washing machine and the fridge freezer, from this laundry room you have access to the garage.
Also on the first floor you have the toilet as well as a bedroom with a double bed of 140x200 with its shelf.

On the first floor in front of the corner staircase you will find the bathroom with towels and hairdryer provided.
On the same landing, you will discover a bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x190 joined with each other and its wardrobe. In the other bedroom you will have a single bed of 90x190.
I would like to point out that bed linen and sheets for all rooms are provided in the rental.

Regarding the conditions of the rental, You can rent this accommodation for a minimum of 3 nights. Your arrival will be after 3:00 pm.
The handover of the keys will be completed by you with a deposit check of 300€ for the stay.
The departure from the accommodation will be after 10:00 am with an appointment made before the vacancy of the premises.
I will be present when the keys are handed over and returned.
The accommodation must be returned in the same condition as when you arrived.

Price for renting the entire accommodation during the season is 136€ per night with a minimum reservation of 3 nights.
