  • Paradise in Provence

"This property is simply amazing. We recently enjoyed a family vacation with friends (4 adults and 2 kids) and we could not have chosen a more picturesque or perfect location for our week long stay. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need including very comfortable beds. The outdoor space is stunning. Our kids (ages 3 and 4.5) loved the pool, my husband mastered the charcoal bbq and we ate out on the terrace many nights. Le Grand Tilleul is located near several of the historic and quaint Provencal towns and wineries and is the perfect distance for stunning countryside drives or day trips to some of the Luberon valley's best markets. One of the highlights of our time in Goult was taking a cooking class at Venice en Provence. Not to miss if you are foodies like ourselves. We highly recommend this beautiful home and it's lovely owners who were very friendly and provided us with tons of information about the surrounding area. This was certainly a bucket list trip for us and an experience we will never forget. We hope to venture back to Le Grand Tilleul for another incredible family adventure and live the beautiful Provence life once again."

  • A lovely house in Goult

"We would highly recommend this lovely house in Goult. It's a typical stone house so makes you feel like a local. It's spacious, with a big living room and separate kitchen (a counter rather than a kitchen table). There is a seating area at the bottom of the main steps so you can sit outside before dinner, the shower is very good and everything was clean. Nicolas was very helpful when we arrived and then left us to our own devices. If we go back to the Luberon we will definitely stay there again. The area is beautiful and of all the towns we visited we were very pleased to be staying in Goult. The house is very close to a popular walk and the windmill, there is a fun local restaurant (Cafe le Post) and there were far less tourists then the other towns we visited. The only minor quibble we had is that we could have done with some more useful basics in the kitchen, we ran out of bin bags, salt & pepper and coffee and could have done with a better kitchen knife. Minor really and certainly not enough to stop us going back! We loved our time there."

  • Outstanding view!

"My husband and I spent two weeks at Les Plaines and had a wonderful vacation there. Beverly was away but her lovely daughter, Suzanne, settled us in. A car is a necessity as there is nothing within walking distance but then you are able to enjoy all the beautiful towns that are in close proximity. The pool was the perfect temperature even on cooler days. Each night we had drinks on the terrace and watched the town of Roussillon turn a brilliant gold as the sun set on the ochre hills. It was a memorable vacation. Kate B"
