  • Georgous home in the middle of a georgous hill-town in Provence

"This is a beautiful home in the middle of Roussillion, comfortable with lots of room and charm. The Rosens were a wonderful set of hosts, taking the extra steps to communicate and insure our stay was comfortable and free of unnecessary surprises or hassles. Lots of room for three couples to share appetizers on the streetside upper patio, dinners in the courtyard, or a dip in the deep pool. Local merchants were friendly and welcoming, and we developed a personal relationship with several as the week went by. The town itself, is charming with beautiful architecture and stunning ochre rock formations, not to mention the vineyards in the valleys all around. We visited several nearby hill towns and wouldn't trade Roussillion for any of them."

  • Bob and Kim

"We stayed in Le Loft for a week and could not have enjoyed it more! The apartment overlooks the village square where there is always a lot of activity to watch and enjoy. Although this does provide some noise, the apartment gives the ability to substantially buffer that when you don't want to enjoy it. The furnishings are very nice and very interesting. The kitchen is well set up and equipped. We would highly recommend Le Loft for anyone interested in a stay in a beautiful Provencal village with easy driving access to places ranging from Avignon to Cassis."

  • Gracious Luberon Home

"This home was everything we expected: charming, spacious and perfectly located. The village of Ansouis is a gem, as are the town's people. And, the weather outstanding! We were two couples and we stayed the month of August. We enjoyed all aspects of the house, and in particular the roof terrace; perfect for reading, napping or sunning. The house is large enough that one could always find a spot to be alone. And, the kitchen allowed three of us to work, if necessary, without bumping into each other. The nearby villages were a short drive from Ansouis, making it easy to try new restaurants, shop or sightsee. Also, getting to towns like Aix-en-Provence, Arles, or Marseille was not difficult. My husband is an artist, and the countryside offered beautiful and inspiring vistas to paint, as did the village of Ansouis and the Chateau Ansouis. For artists, writers, or anyone looking for a true getaway I would highly recommend this home in the Luberon. The home's owner could not have been more helpful, before our arrival and after. We hope to return."
