The owners are very nice and the rental was clean when I arrived. Had everything I needed for a longer stay and I enjoy the Caguas area. Would definitely recommend this host.

Worry

I was worry because we are two seniors and the doors to enter the place and the bedroom were too narrow. In case or a medical emergency no one can enter with an emergency stretcher to the room or the place.

Hi María, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and share your concerns. We’d like to clarify that while our property is easy to access, it is not advertised as accessible for individuals with disabilities. All of our doors are of standard width, allowing for stretcher access, and the main entrance is also wide enough to accommodate an ambulance if necessary. We’re sorry that this impacted your experience, and we always encourage guests to reach out before booking if they have specific accessibility needs, so we can ensure the property meets their expectations. We appreciate your feedback and hope that, despite this detail, you were still able to enjoy your stay. Warm regards
