Great holidays

Property very guest-friendly, very clean, well equipped and well kept. The hosts are friendly and attentive. Several grocery stores and food outlets in close proximity. Transportation to the city centre by bus, train or tram fast and frequent. Great place to stay especially for longer and relaxed holiday.

Superb stay

We stayed in late Nov primarily to visit the Christmas markets. The flat is incredibly well located opposite a transport interchange that means connection from the airport is simple (direct train) and access to the underground system is a 2 min walk. There is a well stocked supermarket on the same street too. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming - thank you! The flat was spotless and everything worked as it was supposed to. It’s ideal for a couple taking a short sightseeing trip to Vienna. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment - very spacious, incredibly clean, with everything you might need, including some coffee capsules for morning coffee. The hosts are wonderful, very responsive and caring. They waited for our delayed arrival late in the evening, explained everything and trusted us with the rest. The apartment's location is perfect, with the train and subway station right across the street, and a nice shopping area around the corner. Many places to eat in a walking distance. It worked perfectly for us. Thank you!

Wonderful stay!

This was a perfect property for our short stay in Vienna. The host, Huimin, was lovely and met us at the apartment to get us checked in. It was quite hot in Vienna for these days, so she brought up two stand up fans and they helped cool the apartment quite well. The location is right at a large train station, so it is very easy to access all local trains/trams as well as being a stop for the longer train routes. It is close to an hour train to the Vienna airport. Maybe 15 minutes to the downtown/Opera House centre. The apartment is very clean with comfortable beds. My 18 year old son was very comfortable on the sofa bed in the living room. Lots of grocery/convenience stores within minutes walk. In suite washing machine was nice as well. The apartment building itself was very quiet. Obviously being across the street from the trains, you get some of that noise but we weren’t bothered by it and slept well. Thank you Huimin :)

Hart an der Schmerzgrenze

+++Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Die Küche war funktionell und voll bestückt. --- Das Umfeld des Hauses war nicht so zufriedenstellend. Es gab keine Autostellplätze, der Verkehrslärm war enorm und eine Baustelle war direkt vor dem Haus. Die TV- Senderauswahl war sehr eingeschränkt. Fazit: Für ältere Reisende mit einer Gehbehinderung absolut ungeeignet. Für jüngere Reisende, die ohne Auto unterwegs sind ist diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir waren Anfang September in der Ferienwohnung. Außentemperatur war sehr warm, leider auch in der Wohnung 30 Grad. Fantastische Wohnung :)

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und sehr zentral. Die Bahn ist 2min entfernt und die Innenstadt nur 10-15min. Wir haben es sehr genossen hier zu sein und können es definitiv jedem weiterempfehlen!! Die Gastgeber sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich, sie haben uns lieb empfangen und uns alle Fragen direkt beantwortet. Der Check-In und Out lief ohne Probleme. Schöne FeWo

Unser Aufenthalt in Wien war sehr schön. Die FeWo war wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Es war alles sehr sauber, freundlich eingerichtet, so dass man sich direkt wohl gefühlt hat. Die Lage ist für Unternehmungen super. Es gibt direkt vor der Haustüre viele Mittel des öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Sogar eine Fahrt nach Bratislava geht direkt vom Bahnhof aus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super. Fragen wurden immer direkt beantwortet. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung ist toll, schön geschnitten und komplett eingerichtet. Die Lage ist genial, wenn man mit den Öffis unterwegs sein möchte, leider ist es mit offenen Fenstern sehr laut? Der Bahnhof ist gegenüber. Gerne wieder.

Excellent Experience

We arrived at the property at least one hour later than we had anticipated but we were greeted warmly. After showing us around the property we said goodbye to our host and settled in for a week’s stay. Location is excellent and you can get a direct train from the RailJet station at Vienna airport right to the station across the street from of the apartment (Wien Melding) inexpensively and efficiently. There is great shopping close by (3 grocery stores within a 5-10 minute walk). Lots of options to get downtown (15 min) or to other destinations. The flat was very large with ample closet space and king sized bed. Huge sectional couch, great dining space, new kitchen and an elevator make this a great spot for anyone looking for a comfortable home away from home. Thank you so much.
