Oceanfront with covered patio & private hot tub. Short walk to town shops restaurants and the beach. King master also overlooks the oceanfront. Whispering Waves is right in the heart of downtown, great walkability everywhere. Condos have a pool and workout facility! Enjoy meals in this fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances / gas range. Granite Kitchen & Bath Counters. Rock Fireplace in living room. 1 Short block to easy beach access! 3 Plasma TVs (42 inches, 37 inches and 26 inches), 3 DVDs, Washer/Dryer. Enjoy new sofa! Max 4 guests including visitors. We are working extra hard to sanitize every surface and provide con-tactless check in.

Please avoid single night gaps July & August. Please do not book beyond 1 year out from todays date. Those rates are not posted

We loved our stay at this property! The views out the windows and from the porch were fantastic. Being able to sit in a covered hot tub and watch the waves crash was excellent. The weather cooperated, but we had the reassurance of knowing the hot tub was under cover. Access to the beach was a short walk away, as well. Very comfortable and enjoyable time!

The space was comfortable and the location is fantastic! The host was responsive and helpful. The only drawback was the little extras that seem more common with vacation rentals were sparse-- no spices, coffee/tea in the kitchen, no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom-- so we ended up having to buy some things. But overall, a great stay!

Very nice condo overlooking the Oregon coast/ Lincoln city.. Great location, 5 minute walk to beach access and short drive or walk to middle of Lincoln city. Very relaxing place with amazing views!!

It was great — very clean and well stocked and great communication. Didn’t lack for anything. Had a difficult time getting the key as the lever to pull down was hard to push down with my arthritic fingers and getting in and out of the patio door was difficult. Property management folks were so helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!!

This is an absolutely beautiful spot! The view is incredible and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again! Lots of towels which was nice because a lot of times for long stays they only give you a couple of towels. It was spacious, clean, and the grounds nice and quiet.Close to everything and Lincoln City has many great restaurants and shops to visit. Also driving through the city you see so many different and beautiful views of the ocean.
