Escape to a historic Tudor estate in Midtown Memphis! This private retreat features a 4-bed main house, 2-bed guesthouse, and a year-round heated saltwater pool. Perfect for large groups, it combines Old World charm with modern luxury. Enjoy total privacy in a sought-after neighborhood, just minutes from Overton Park and the Memphis Zoo. Comfortably accommodates large groups across 6 bedrooms.

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we will not be present on the property during your stay, we are always available via the app or phone if you have any questions, need assistance, or would like local recommendations. Your comfort is our priority.

Memphis is a city of neighborhoods, something that gives Memphis such amazing and diverse character and culture! This house is located in Lea's Woods, a historic neighborhood that borders Overton Park, an amazing city park of old-growth forest. Broad Ave. Art District is a 5 minute walk with a number of great shops and dining.

Guests will have private, exclusive access to the entire property, including the 4-bedroom main house, the 2-bedroom guesthouse, the private heated pool, and all surrounding gardens and patios.

Private Entrance: Enjoy a seamless and private arrival with our keyless smart locks. Detailed access instructions will be sent a few days before your stay.
Parking: Free parking is available for two cars in the driveway. Additional free street parking is also available if needed.

You will have exclusive access to the entire 3,000 sq ft Crestmere Estate, which includes the main house and a separate guesthouse, creating a private compound for your group. The property is filled with Old World European-inspired decor and modern amenities.

Main House:
4 Bedrooms, 3 with its own TV and plush king-sized beds, 1 bedroom with two twin beds.
2.5 Bathrooms.
A fully stocked chef’s kitchen, complete with a high-end Viking gas range.
Multiple living areas, including one with a 65” 4K TV with Netflix, HBOMax, Disney+.
A dedicated workspace for those needing to stay connected.

Guesthouse:
2 Bedrooms, each with a plush queen-sized bed.
1 Full Bathroom.
Private Outdoor Oasis:

A pristine, heated saltwater pool, open and ready for you to enjoy all year long.
A beautiful English-style courtyard and gardens.
An outdoor patio with a fire pit and BBQ grill for memorable evenings.

We had the BEST girls’ trip in Memphis! The house was perfect—spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with plenty of room for everyone to relax and hang out. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and cocktails, and the beds were so comfortable after our nights out. The location was ideal—close to all the fun in downtown and just a short ride to Beale Street, yet in a quiet neighborhood where we could unwind. Jake and Amanda were wonderful, super responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our getaway and would definitely come back!

Amazing location, amazing home, amazing hosts—this trifecta helped us to have the perfect balance of rest and relaxation and sightseeing fun for our Memphis vacation. The home was perfect for our family, giving space to sprawl and space to gather and connect. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals in. The pool and deck area—we were speechless and made such family memories there. The location was close to everything we needed. This home is absolutely amazing. The host was extremely attentive and responsive. The only bad thing that I have to say is that I didn’t get to stay long enough. I was only in Memphis for one night. This was truly a magical experience. I could tell immediately this was going to be a great vacation home for us. From the homey yet absolutely beautiful historic features, the privacy, all the different spots on the property to brunch, relax and have fun was just the cherry on top. The hosts were accessible and rarely needed which is what everyone wants on their family stay. We will be back as long as they’d have us 😅🤗. I give a full “must” to anyone looking to book here.

Fabulous Family Reunion House

This was an amazing place for our extended family to gather to share the Thanksgiving holiday. My husband's aged parents live in town, but no longer live in a house where they can accommodate all the kids and grandkids. This was a fantastic house with a lovely fireplace and a lovely holiday feel. The bed were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and elegant. The pool house made a great place for our two young married couples to stay slightly apart from the main house. All the amenities offered made it a very fun visit for everyone and every generation. The owners were very responsive and so generous and kind. I couldn't recommend it more- it was a superlative stay!

21st Birthday Bash

From the time we saw the photos for this house, and how many people were allowed, we knew this was the right house for our son's 21st birthday trip. We were not let down. The house is exquisite, with plenty of room and amenities. The detached guest house worked out great for our son and his friends, while the adults and teens stayed at the main house. This house is close in proximity to Beale Street and Overton Square. Jake & Amanda are wonderful hosts and always stay in touch. Our family and friends fell in love with this house and definitely want to return.

Jake and Amanda both work at a local non-profits, while Amanda also runs her own wedding coordination business.

We both love to travel and eat delicious food. We enjoy cooking at home and are very much the DIY-types. So you'll find us working on home projects most weekends!

We love midtown and old houses. We like to stay busy with projects. We also like to travel! This home really captivated us! There was so much to work with but also so much opportunity to continue to refine the beautiful old home. We love the Tudor revival style and the quirks of historic homes.

What makes this property unique

The detail and history in this home is simply stunning. We are still discovering it's little beauties. ALSO... nothing beats a lazy afternoon floating in that pool!
