Welcome to our unique 2000 square meter villa with gîte and two-storey house, nestled in a green setting on the banks of a beautiful river. The spacious and lush garden offers an ideal setting to relax and enjoy the pleasures of outdoor living. You can swim in the heated swimming pool and walk on our private access to the river, where you can discover the beautiful landscape.

For your comfort, we have provided a parking lot that can accommodate several vehicles, as well as a closed garage. The villa also has wifi to stay connected and 5 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 13 travelers.

You will not be bored in our villa as many games are available on site, such as table tennis, basketball, football, archery, fishing rod, basketball, table football, darts, Molkky, petanque. You can also enjoy the evening with our brazier and barbecue. For your meals in the shade, an outdoor straw hut is also available.

The villa is ideally located a stone's throw from Olargues, one of the most beautiful villages in France, and the GR7, a famous hike. You can also explore the beautiful gorges of Héric and Colombières, as well as four lakes located close to the house.
