Cute little appartement at 100m from the sandy beach. REALLY 100m !!

The appartement is situated at 100m dfrom the beach. The beautiful residence is situated in a pedestrian zone and there is a privative car parking place. You can go ditectlly to the beach though the beautiful flowered and shadowed gardens.
The appartement is perfect for littles families of 2-4 peaples. You will sleep in a queen size bed in the room. A little room with simple bed. In the livingroom there is a convertible sofa for an other person.
Bathroom with shower and waching machine. Closed balcony (loggia).
Restaurants and shops are nearby.

Location from satorday to satourday only. No pets.
Bedroom sheet, bathroom towels and final cleaning are not included. But you can ask and pay additional fees the day of your arrival.

Pour ce séjour tout était parfait comme annoncé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfts ados ou en bas âges La propriétaire disponible lors des échanges et la gérante accueillante et très disponible Appartement à proximités de commerce et restaurants ainsi que la plage avec une pinèda et tous ça en 2mn à pied ..top..
