The Intercoastal complex has an outdoor heated swimming pool, outdoor shower and a BBQ grill available. Convenient covered parking below your unit, maximum 2 vehicles, with walk-up 2 flights enclosed stairs to 2nd floor. No elevator. Will consider pets under 25 lbs. with responsible pet owners, inquire with rental management company prior to booking, fees will apply. Smoking (of any kind) is not allowed inside this vacation rental nor on the balcony. Maximum occupancy is set at 8 people per building code.
