On the 1st floor: indpt fitted kitchen, large living/dining room, open fireplace, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140), bathroom and indpt wc. On the 2nd floor : 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140), 1 bedroom fitted out in the dovecote on 2 levels (1 bed 120, 1 bed 90), bathroom and separate toilet. On the ground floor of the dovecote, 1 bedroom not communicating with the rest of the house, undpt access, 1 bed 140, shower room open onto the bedroom, wc. Cellar with freezer, extra fridge and washing machine. Oil and/or wood heating (heating not included). Situated near the gite 46G12580. 3 bikes at your disposal + possibility to park your bikes in the shelter.
