Walking paths from the gite, Dordogne river beach 100m away. Gîte on one level: Living room (with fireplace, library) / kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 1.40m, 2 beds 0.90m), bathroom with toilet, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, open ground, enclosed courtyard. Oil central heating and fireplace with insert. The off-season rate includes heating. Baby equipment on request.
