About this property

House for up to 4 people with garden and private parking

Souillac is located in the Dordogne valley near the major tourist sites of Perigord, Sarlat as well as Rocamadour, the Padirac chasm, Collonge La Rouge, Saint Cirq Lapopie etc ... and near the regional natural park of the Causses du Quercy.
You will stay in a fully restored detached house
located in a quiet area near the city center and the 12th century Roman Bysantine abbey with domes.
You will benefit from a small fenced garden with private parking.
The accommodation is new with large picture windows, very bright and tastefully decorated.
On the ground floor is the fitted kitchen, the dining room, the living room and wc.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with 2 90 cm beds, a bathroom with a large shower and wc.
For possible heating provide 50 € per week.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Souillac. La maison est très bien équipée et confortable. L'emplacement est idéal pour tout faire à pied. Il n'y a pas le wifi, l'annonce devrait être mise à jour en ce sens.

Un lieu idéalement situé

La maison est à 2 pas du centre ville où l’été se déroule régulièrement des animations, marché, concerts, spectacle… néanmoins le quartier est très calme. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et agréable. Énormément de choses à voir ou à visiter dans les alentours. Nous avons passez de superbes vacances.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Wir haben einen sehr abwechslungsreichen, aber auch erholsamen Urlaub im sehr schön hergerichteten Ferienhaus unseres netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter Herr Lasfargues verbracht. Wir kommen gerne wieder um die Gegend Dordogne und Perigord mit den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten weiter zu entdecken.

Gite tres bien équipé, propriétaire agréable, proche mais discret. Souillac est un point central, pour rayonner vers les pépites de la région : Padirac, Rocamadour, Sarlat, Martel (ne ratez pas le restaurant "Au hasard Balthazar") et tant d'autres, pour passer un excellent séjour.

Magnifique séjour ! Le propriétaire a été très accueillant, la maison est très bien équipée, proche du centre de Souillac et de ses commerces. Parfait !!

Très jolie maison, notamment au niveau de l'aménagement intérieur, de la décoration et surtout d'une propreté exemplaire. Le quartier était calme, de jolis jardinets fleuris agrémentais l'espace extérieur. Tout était réuni pour une bonne semaine de détente et de tourisme.
