Gîte situated in the countryside on an old farm, on one level, totally independent, close to an unoccupied house. Between Tarn et Garonne and Lot valley, in the white Quercy, close to the Cahors vineyard. Kitchen - Lounge - Dining room, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40m, 1 extra bed 0.90m), shower room, separate wc. Electric heating. Sofa with the possibility of an extra bed for 2 people. Parasol, not closed ground.
