Whether you're visiting Tyler, Texas for business or vacation, the Sherry Lane house offers all the amenities. There are three bedrooms each with their own large closet. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with modern walk-in shower and large TV. The living room includes a TV with reclining loveseat chairs perfect for lounging, along with a large armchair providing plenty of space for company. The dining room has a contemporary light fixture that gives ambiance to any dining party. The kitchen is equipped with restaurant quality appliances, coffee bar, and a bar top with three bar stools as well as a TV. The kitchen opens up to a second living area. The second living area has two swivel chairs looking out into the backyard where you can relax with a cocktail. There is also a workspace in the second living area. You have full access to a private backyard. Two car garage. The location is perfect: 3 miles from downtown; 3 miles from the hospitals, less than 2 miles to the Grove Restaurant, 4 miles to UT Tyler, and less than 5 miles from shopping.

Wonderful stay

We stayed here to attend a wedding in the area. The house is cute, and was plenty on space four our group of 5 and our dog. Big yard for our dog to run around in.

Amazing Property Manager and Great Place

We were super impressed with the way this property manager took care of us during our stay. She was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to show how important the guests were. We were there on business and had an extremely heavy schedule and the house was perfect for our needs. It is situated in a nice residential area with convenient access. There is a pretty, quiet, and large private back yard with a breakfast table outside. Inside is spacious with all modern appointments. We will come back for sure on our next trip to Tyler. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Great rental and location

We relocated to Tyler in January and stayed in this rental 2 months until we bought our house. I’m so grateful for property owners willing to accommodate people relocating with pets. Our dogs loved the large backyard and what a great neighborhood for walking! The rental was as beautiful as shown and the location was awesome.

SUPER clean! GREAT location! GREAT backyard for pets! This property is nicely decorated and stocked with needed items. You can tell a lot of thought was put into place for the guest to feel welcomed. Fantastic Stay

The location of the home and the home itself were both fantastic! The large, fenced backyard was private, abs we enjoyed playing fetch with our fur kid. The house was spotless and well-appointed. It was cozy and inviting, and our awesome host even decorated for Christmas, which was a really nice touch. Extras like a Bluetooth speaker and bottle of wine were unexpected and a definite bonus. Don’t hesitate to book this property!!

Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tyler. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable and the house was nicely furnished. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Tyler. It is in a perfect location. Rebecca was very easy to work with and answered any questions very quickly. I will be renting this house again for my next visit to Tyler!

Perfectly Located

The location is ideally located for all of our needs. The neighborhood is a quiet and house is clean. The owner’s very quick to respond to any issues that may arise. We truly enjoyed our stay here, as we were out looking for a new home of our own. I would highly recommend this property.
