Gîte on the first floor of a house with other accommodation for year-round rental. 1st floor: entrance, separate WC, living room-kitchen opening onto a balcony terrace, 1 bedroom with bathroom (shower) (1 double bed 160x200 cm). 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm), bathroom (walk-in shower), separate WC. Balcony - terrace. Public parking 100 meters away. Pedestrian access to the gîte. Family house completely renovated by the owners to make it a cozy and warm place. Large bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen. Master suite and spacious bedroom upstairs. Mountain atmosphere on the first floor with exposed beams. Closed terrace facing south. Quality environment in the center of the village. Shops and services nearby. Comfortable cottage in the center of Beaufort. Arêches-Beaufort ski resort 8 km away. Many other resorts nearby: Les Saisies at 17 km, Les Contamines via the Col du Joly at 11 km. Saisies Nordic Area 17 km. Hiking and mountain biking trails departing from the gîte.
