Excellent séjour dans cette belle villa, très bien équipée, avec une belle vue mer, dans un parc sécurisé. Les relations avec la propriétaire sont chaleureuses et efficaces .Bien rénovée, quelques pièces méritent cependant un petit refresh.

La maison a une vue exceptionnelle, elle est très bien équipée, et très fonctionnelle. La piscine est juste parfaite. Idéal pour une grande famille ou 2/3 couples avec enfants.Nous avons passé un super séjour !

Why they chose this property

Il se trouve que nous avons passé tous les 2 toutes nos vacances lorsque nous étions enfants, dans le même village des Issambres! Nos parents, qui ne se connaissaient pas, avaient fait construire une maison la même année. Quelle coïncidence ! Nous sommes donc, lui comme moi, très attachés à cette région. Et c’est naturellement que notre choix s’est porté sur les Issambres pour acquérir, à notre tour, cette maison de vacances.

What makes this property unique

C’est une maison adaptée aux familles nombreuses ou à 2 - 3 famillee et leurs enfants: les chambres sont contigues 2 par 2, une petite terrasse, genre coursive extérieure, est un vrai terrain de jeux pour les petits qui adorent courir d’une chambre à l’autre. La disposition permet aux 2, 3 ou 4 familles, de jouir d’une grande intimité. Mais la pépite de la maison est son incroyable vue sur la baie de Saint Raphaël grâce à l’immense baie vitrée sur la mer. Vous assistez en direct au lever du soleil. L’après midi, aux heures de fortes chaleurs, l’exposition sud-est permet de garder des températures tout à fait supportables. Et enfin, l’autre point fort de la maison: son grand parking fermé qui permet de garer 3, voire 4 voitures
