Abbiamo deciso di acquistare questo appartamento sul lago di Garda perché amiamo la zona ed il clima più mite e meno umido rispetto al paese in cui abitiamo, distante soli 20 km. da Lugana di Sirmione. Chissà, magari potrà diventare la nostra fissa dimora per la vecchiaia.

Conoscendo i disagi di traffico primaverili ed estivi non indifferenti, apprezziamo questa area residenziale tranquilla, lontana dal caos, ma ben servita dai parcheggi pubblici, vicinissima al lago ed alle spiagge e distante solo 4 km. dal centro medievale di Sirmione.
Per le famiglie vi è anche un parco giochi con chiosco a 50 mt. dall'alloggio che, durante le ore serali estive, diventa veramente una valvola di sfogo per i bimbi ed una pausa relax per i genitori.
Molte famiglie scelgono la nostra struttura anche per la vicinanza a Gardaland ed ai parchi acquatici.
