Great and promt communication. Loved all the labels helping guests easily find needed items. Hot tub and sauna were an added perk!! House was decorated for the holidays making us feel at home. Host even came to shovel the snow.

The bungalow was great! Very comfortable and nicely decorated! The yard is great for pets! Didn’t use the kitchen much but it looked well appointed. Not far from downtown.

We were in town while our Mom was having surgery at Sanford. The location was perfect for us -- just a 5 minute drive to the hospital and close to the downtown area. My dog loved running around the fenced-in backyard and it was so nice to be able to bring him with. The house was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed during our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to book this again.

The details and thoughtfulness that went into this house are impressive. Stocked well, loved the cute decor, the coffee pods, and easy access getting in. The house is definitely old and small, and the tiny downstairs bathroom can barely have the door shut. But, it had everything we needed for a few days. The location was really nice, I felt we were 5-10 minutes from most places we wanted to go to. It was a busy street with lots of people walking by, but we didn't notice the traffic noise in our bedrooms. There were many extra things that were a nice addition like the snacks, nightlights, games, books, etc. And, the beds were nice and comfy. Thanks for the stay!

Loved it!

It was very comfortable. I brought things that u didn’t need because they had everything. I didn’t want to leave, but we had to. I loved the three seasons room the best place for me during my stay.

Great location

We had a great stay with two couples and a teen and a four legged friend! The home is very well stocked and cozy. It’s small but suited is just perfectly. We enjoyed the park/pond that is just a couple blocks north of the house. We were there for basketball at the Sanford center so it worked perfectly to be able to run back and forth there (5 minutes) and also to hit downtown for meals. We would stay again!

Stayed for a concert

It was the perfect spot for our group! halfway between the Denny Sanford, where the concert was, and downtown. The host was very communicative and there were great supplies for cooking in the kitchen.

Great amenities!

My husband, two dogs and I stayed at the bungelow for a short weekend. We enjoyed our stay! Extremely clean and well kept, and we loved the extras...coffee and snacks. Check in so easy and great communication with the owner. We recommend!and well marked lights, etc.

Warning - Take pictures of everything

We chose this location for our Thanksgiving holiday with our adult children traveling from multiple locations. Despite being smaller than expected, we had a great stay. When arriving home, we were accused and charged for having an animal on site and causing damages to some very OLD windows. After repeated attempts to contact the property owner to discuss, our credit card was charged. We contacted VRBO but without "before" pictures, we do not have any recourse. So please take pictures as you will be charged additionally for a very old property. In addition, the house was cold, the windows drafty and there was only one blanket on each of the beds. Our grand-daughter shivered when passing by the windows

Downtown Bungalow

This bungalow style home is located very close to the historic district and downtown. It is 3 mins from the Denny Sanford. This home is situated on a corner lot, the driveway is actually on sixth. The driveway is tight if you own a large suv, but you are able to park on the street if need be. This is a very well labeled, well stocked, and super clean home. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. Communication with the owner was perfect! They are quick to respond and willing to help. Checkout was very easy. Would definitely stay again when I’m in Sioux Falls!
