La situation du logement est excellente, avec la plage et les bus qui permettent de se rendre à Royan.Cependant la description "confort simple" ne convient pas. Si la literie est correcte, rien d'autre n'est confortable ! Aucune isolation (phonique, thermique), pas de chauffage. Des radiateurs à bain d'huile sont fournis, mais le compteur saute dès qu'on veut en brancher un, en même temps que la bouilloire par ex.Il faut savoir que la mention "internet sans fil" signifie juste que vous pouvez louer une box ! Pas de Wifi sinon !La nappe est d'époque, la crasse sur les bords également !

Merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes néanmoins surprises par certains de vos commentaires, car plusieurs des points évoqués étaient clairement précisés dans l’annonce et les conditions de location. La mention « confort simple » correspond bien au niveau d’équipement proposé dans ce logement. L’absence de chauffage fait également partie des informations indiquées. Le contrat précise par ailleurs que la période de chauffe est du 15 octobre au 15 avril et qu’en dehors de cette période, une activation peut éventuellement être accordée sur demande préalable. Concernant le Wi-Fi, l’annonce précise également qu’une box peut être louée en option. Nous regrettons que le logement n’ait pas correspondu à vos attentes, malgré les informations disponibles avant la réservation. Equipe Locations de vacances Square Habitat

This is a well equipped apartment in a lovely spot overlooking St Georges bay. Beds are comfortablw but could do with more comfortable seating. There is only an uncomfortable futon/sofa and plastic chairs in which to relax. Not easily accessible for the physically disabled. There is a lift but this stops between levels , otherwise lots of stairs.
