From your private balcony you can have a view far roam over the sea and the beach, listening to the waves, enjoying the sea air in a fresh sea breeze. Dream location - beautiful you can hardly relax.

The sandy beach of Dziwnowek begins immediately at the house, only the dune separates the house and the beach. Poet does not go!


The apartment is on the tenth / eleventh floor. To the east it has a covered balcony and a roof terrace, inviting in the sun loungers to relax.

77 m² invite you to relax. Living room / kitchen in the eleventh floor with 2-sided, ganzwandigen panoramic windows and including bathroom, large and small bedroom ensure plenty of room for a well-deserved vacation.

Top Unterkunft, wunderschöne Lage, mega Ausblick!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war einfach top! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Da wir auch noch mit wunderbarem Wetter belohnt wurden, konnten wir jeden Tag den Sonnenuntergang über der Ostsee auf der Dachterrasse genießen. Die Lace ist optimal für einen Strandurlaub.

Tolle Wohnung, super Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist wirklich fantastisch. Man hat eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Der ganze Ort scheint noch in Entwicklung zu sein. In ein paar Jahren wird hier wohl viel Tourismus sein und es werden auch entsprechend viele Angebote dann existieren. Der Strand ist traumhaft. Einziges Manko für uns: Die Wohnung war nicht so gut beheizt. Eine Nachfrage beim Vermieter ergab, dass wir die Ventile an den Heizungen aufdrehen können. Das hat aber auch nicht viel gebracht. So habe ich mir leider eine Erkältung geholt.

Super toller Kurzurlaub

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub mit der Familie sehr genossen in der Wohnung. Es hat alles super geklappt beim ceck in und out. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden um sich wohlzufühlen. Wir konnten es genießen. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen mit sicher wieder.

Die Bauarbeiter beginnen ihren Arbeitstag ab 7 Uhr, es ist laut, dreckig und alles andere als Erholung und Entspannung...wir waren sehr enttäuscht gewesen, es steht nirgendwo in der Beschreibung, wegen der Baustelle...

Sehr schöne Pfingsten gehabt

Es ist ein sehr schönes Apartment, und wir haben mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Baby eine tolle Zeit gehabt. Da das Objekt direkt mit dem Strand verbunden ist gibt es keine weiten Wege. Allerdings werden direkt neben dem Haus zwei weitere Häuser gebaut was zu enormen Lärm führt, was nicht stört wenn man mit geschlossenem Fenster schläft ansonsten ist es schon ab morgens laut.
