South western Catskill home. Secluded yet convenient. Modern design. Open floor plan on first floor with new kitchen, gas range. Wood stove. Big smart TV. One bathroom with big soaking tub. Washer/Dryer. Three bedrooms on the 2nd floor all with TV and keyed doors. Queen bed, two Twins pushed together to make a King bed, and two Single beds. 2nd bathroom with double shower. Central heating. High speed internet and WiFi. Two level deck with outside dining and propane grill.
Five minutes to private beach front on the Delaware with easy boat access. Half mile of private fly fishings on the river.

Quant cabin

Lovely owners very responsive during check in. Comfortable beds. Nice big shower. Huge soaking tub we weren’t able to make use of bc of our schedule. Very quiet. Nice kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Would recommend

The house is cute! The beds are comfortable, nice towels provided. We enjoyed the grill and table out on the deck. The bathtub was lovely. Overall really good feel to the house. Neighbors were a bit loud, so bring earplugs if that would bother you. We loved going to Calicoon, it has much to offer in the way of shops and restaurants. The drive to and from Bethel Woods was easy and stress free. The general area was gorgeous and worth a trip!
