*****There is a 3 night minimum stay on holidays/holiday weekends year-round, and during the summer season starting May 1, 2019 through September 2019. Ask us for early check-in or late check-out times. We are always flexible when no other guests are departing or arriving the same day. Also, we offer a weekly rate of $1500 which will be reflected in a revised quote that we will send you. While we do not want your dog to have to go to a kennel and encourage you to bring the pup along, cleaning the house requires more time. We will increase the cleaning fee to $150. Again, this will be reflected in a revised quote that we will send you.*****
