The Sunset House, Bayfront home with many amenities

Kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, relaxing by the pool, or playing on the beach… These are just some of the activities you can enjoy on your vacation at the waterfront vacation rental home. The spacious layout, private pool, and multiple decks provide plenty of room for families of all sizes to enjoy a relaxing vacation at the beach. The spectacular views offered from the deck are like no other. Sleeps a maximum of 12.

The Sunset House has a spacious layout including six (6) bedrooms, four (5) baths, a large great room, and chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. Nobody will ever feel crammed. The backyard opens to an in-ground pool with plenty of space for the kids to play. With high-speed internet and multiple televisions throughout the house, everyone can relax with their own entertainment. This house is pet friendly! There is a pet fee of $250 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed.

** The outdoor pool will be closed for the season starting Oct 25, 2024

Great amenities, mediocre check in

Overall we really loved the property and amenities at the sunset house! There were however a few issues. There was not a third king bedroom accessible (there was one door in the house that was locked, which may be where the third king room bathroom exist but we could not enter). Additionally, when we arrived at the house it did not look like anyone had cleaned. The kitchen counters and floors were covered in crumbs and there was food left in the toaster oven and microwave. The bathroom showers and sinks were also a bit grimy. The provided blankets on each of the beds had stains and did not appear to be laundered. After we cleaned the place and replaced the linens, we were able to settle in and enjoy a relaxing weekend. I would recommend updating the listing if the third king bedroom is not to be accessed by guests (as it also had one of the bathrooms attached). Additionally, it would be nice to know prior to booking that linens, towels, and tp are not provided.

Good location and outside amenities

Plenty of space, inside and out, plenty of kayaks and paddle boards, hot tub and pool were nice. The property could have been cleaner and better maintained. I'm not sure that the rental agent is doing a very good job. Overall we had a good stay

Relaxing Piece of Paradise!

We celebrated our 40th anniversary here with our three children and their families. A beautiful location and very well-equipped house! The top-floor living area was perfect for all 12 of us to hang out, and the outdoor decks provided us with a beautiful sunset every evening. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the little ones even did some fishing off the edge of the yard. Our only concern was that the sliding doors leading to the pool were difficult to lock, making a definite hazard for those staying with young kids.

Family fun house

The decor in the house is lovely and very appropriate for the beach. Kitchen is very well stocked. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Large open plan living/dining/cooking area. Plenty of outdoor decks. Pool and deck area is great. Some of us enjoyed the use of the kayaks. The sunset view from the top decks were spectacular! We will be back!

Great outdoor space

Very nice house. Outdoor space is excellent. Could use a bit more shade, maybe large umbrellas or an awning, but not much to complain about.

Awesome Location!

We were lucky enough to be able to reserve this property for our yearly Golf trip. The location and house were excellent and we enjoyed the deck and views as well as the beautiful pool and hot tub. Great Stay!!
