Luis, Firstly, thank you for taking the time to review our property. We truly want everyone to enjoy our house as much as we do and your review helps us to improve. We were so disappointed to read that your expectations weren’t met. We purchased the house in January and have put quite a bit of work and money into updated and stocking it. My family and I love to cook and we feel that there’s everything we need to do that there including a brand new gas range and very large bbq grille. In response to your account of the things on hand, I just took an inventory: there are 12 steak knives, 2 cutting knives, a paring knife and a mandolin for slicing, 3 pans and 2 pots and 4 cutting boards as well as many other things for prepping and cooking. There are 10 bath towels and 10 beach towels. The sheets are 100% percale cotton and there are down comforters/blankets for each bed but it sounds like maybe the cleaning crew put them in the closet because of the heat wave. Per your suggestion, in addition to what is there, I purchased a 15 piece knife set and some additional towels. I have spoken with the cleaning crew about making sure the beds are properly made. We are constantly improving the house and also just purchased a foosball table and pacman arcade game. I do hope you consider staying with us again next summer. We will do everything in our power to ensure you’re satisfied.
