Welcome to our beautiful beach house! This family home is located steps away from the clear water and quiet beaches of Fenwick Island. With its spacious and airy interior and expansive outdoor decking and brand new pool, this beach house is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation with friends and family.

Inside, you'll find an open-plan living and dining area that is perfect for entertaining. The vaulted living area is furnished with comfortable seating, gas fire-place and Sonos speakers, while the dining area features a large table and oversized island with custom hand made Mexican blue tile countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bedrooms feature comfortable beds and crisp white hotel quality linens. The bathrooms are clean, with white towels and all the amenities you need.

Outside, you'll find multiple deck areas that are perfect for lounging in the sun, playing in the pool or enjoying a meal with friends and family. The front deck is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, a gas grill, and views of the ocean. If a day at the beach or kayaking on the Bay (2 blocks away) is in the cards, relax under one of the two outdoor showers afterwards. House comes equipped with a Tesla charger if you happen to need one.

This is a great home that works perfectly for our family. We love the pool, the outdoor seating areas and the kitchen. The host is very accommodating and responsive. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Fenwick Island Family Trip

Another awesome trip to Fenwick Island. Family has been coming 40 years. Beautiful home, easy walk to the beach, great to walk/bike up and down Bunting, close to shops/restaurants. Kids love the pool!

Perfect family vacation location

The house was as expected from the photos and description. Cyprienne responded immediately to and A/C problem and it was fixed the next day. The pool was a great alternative when the little ones were knapping. Great house, pool and location

We enjoyed the home nice size, clean with alot of thought given to what guests would enjoy with pool area board games and grill. The location was perfect from beach to bay and restaurants.

The location is amazing, such an easy walk to the beach - which is beautiful and very uncrowded! The pool area was perfect for our large family ranging from 1 to 77. So many pool floats and games. A ton of beach supplies too. Chairs and wagons and toys. Having the linens already on the beds and all towels and beach towels provided made things so easy. The kitchen is well stocked - even kids plates and bowls. The host was easy to get in touch with for any questions. I highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful house close to the beach

My family and I really enjoyed this house. It has so many nice seating areas, both inside and outside. It's well-stocked with kitchen items, games, and pool toys, and was very clean. The pool was amazing. It looks even better in person than in pictures. The host was very responsive whenever we had questions.

Perfect family house

Great location and a house with lots of amenities. The pool was clean and the perfect size for adults and kids. Great to swim in after a day at the beach. The house really has everything for families. The outdoor showers and bikes were a nice touch. Highly recommended.

fantastic property with great location

wow, cannot say how happy i am with our stay at this place! the host was extremely quick with answering any questions and openly shared information to help make our stay seamless. the pictures do not reflect the updated pool/deck area which was AMAZING. the best pool we've had at a rental property yet! the location is just a short 3 min walk to the beach (with kids) and the town of fenwick is just so quaint. we will surely be back!

Awesome Beach House

Wonderful property in Fenwick Island. Absolutely beautiful backyard pool which was a ton of fun for little ones as well as grown ups. House was exceedingly well stocked with bikes, sand toys, pool toys, and carts to make the back and forth from the beach that much easier. Kids loved the two swings out front. House was impeccably clean. Definitely hope to return in the years to come!

Great location with plenty of space for extended family

We stayed at this property with grandparents, parents and teens, and it was perfect. The living areas were so comfortable and there were were multiple bedrooms for the kids, two king beds for parents/grandparents, multiple outdoor decks so everyone could relax separately when the elders needed to escape the teens, a very nice new pool with a shaded area with sofas and TV, large kitchen that very worked well for a stay for an extended family of 7--and just a couple of houses away from the beach on one side and shops on the other. (Note: Plenty of nice Turkish beach towels were provided, but the bath towels were the small white motel style ones, with only a few hand towels and wash cloths--recommend bringing your own if driving.) Hosts were immediately responsive to questions and reached out when one of my teens left an item behind (again). This beach home was a great place to stay, and we hope to go back next year.

Oh how I love this house!

We so enjoyed our stay here! The house is beautiful, so tastefully designed, and large enough to host a big family. The proximity to the beach, along with the lovely pool for hot afternoons, made for perfect summer days. The main-level living is great for grandparents, and the quiet upstairs is great for kids. The house was beyond well-equipped from kitchen, to linens, to beach supplies and bike gear! What a treat. Also: as a lifelong Ocean-cityer, I must admit that I had no idea that Fenwick had become this awesome! This adorable neighborhood looks like Nantucket, with incredible home after incredible home, and lovely families. The beach is wide and uncrowded. Thanks go out to our superb host—we will absolutely be back!

Clean, convenient to everything, very well maintained, outdoor showers were a hit, pool delightful. Decking a little weathered but not dangerous by any means, unless you were barefoot. Had an AC issue on top floor, spoke to our host, immediate response and within two hours repairman came and kindly fixed the issue. Perhaps a larger TV in living room, since only one in home. Beds, linens, pillows and all furniture so comfy. Kitchen pots, pans, bowls, utensils adequate. If you love to cook gourmet, may want to bring your own favorite tools. A large crock pot and pot for steaming seafood could be added. Perhaps add a few additional bath towels and a note to bring your own hand towels and wash rags. Overall,we cannot wait to return to this lovely and convenient home.

Summer vacation 2023

I booked this large beach home due to location and availability. Last year exact same time we were at Glass house Manhattan beach. Glass house was a 10 with an incredible amount of amenities. So my expectations were high when Jul7th rolled around. The home location was excellent. The home is dated and has not received TLC in probably over 20 years. I wanted to cook in this large kitchen but basically no amenities. 1 knife which was extremely dull. No cutting board. Only three cooking pans. Yikes bedrooms were basic with a shear sheet and basically no blanket and horrible pillow just a thin cloth like blanket. The living room couch was fine Wi-Fi worked fine. Deck has not been resealed or shown any care for some time. So we all got splinters (rotting wood). Pool area was adequate but had cheap plastic furniture we brought our own beach towels the entire house had two bath towels for each room so I was constantly doing laundry. No fun. Bottom line this home is a shell no amenities great location a ton of potential but not a great value. This home is a 3.5 out of 10. To VRBO there must be some attention to stocking this home for guests and not just the idea of listing If the continue to VRBO I hope they care for this home and stock this home so the guest has a great experience
