Cozy apartment for 4 people located at the RESIDENCE PALOS close to the shops and the cable car and gondola. A free shuttle passes at the foot of the residence to access the cable car and the gondola.
You will only have half a floor to go up, with an area of approximately 28 m² with a NORTH exposure.
Large hallway leading to a shower room and WC with storage cupboard and washing machine. Then a bedroom without opening to the outside with a 140 bed and storage drawer in the storage bed.
The main room consists of a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, induction hob and microwave, a living room with a RAPIDO sofa bed for 2 people opening onto a small balcony and a television. Ski locker and parking space.
