Accommodation: Résidence LES REALES - Ideal for a family holiday this beautiful house T3 mezzanine air conditioned with beautiful fenced and wooded garden of 250 m2 awaits you for beautiful barbecue evenings! Located in the Aygual area near beaches, shops and entertainment.It consists of entrance, bedroom 1 with 1 bed in 140, bedroom 2 with 1 bed in 140 (ltery changed in 2025), bedroom 3 - bed in 90, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, living room with TV (possibility sleeping in the click-clac in 140 changed in 2025) which overlooks the terrace of 15 m2 with barbecue and the private garden well treed and without screws! (Transat, chaise longue)The kitchen is separate and equipped (fridge/freezer, mini oven, washing machine, induction plate, microwave ..)The mezzanine was set up in the night corner with a bed in 120.Private parking space.Available an adult bike (the agency accepts no responsibility for the condition of the bike)The +: Location, beautiful garden volume.NEW 2026: INSTALLATION OF CLIMATEIZATION.Optional extra services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book it in advance and to collect it at the key-collection (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit with large and small towel: 8.00 €).This rental accepts animals - A surcharge of 30 € per pet/stay will be required.Rental WIFI BOX : 39 € / weekYou will be asked to regularize the security deposit of your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.We are approved Holiday Cheques."Information on the risks to which this property is exposed is available on the Georisques website" www.georisques.gouv.fr
